Processing and crafting time: 2–28 business days

Delivery time after shipping: 2–5 business days

All domestic packages are tracked for your convenience.

EU Shipping:

Standard flat rate: 17 €

Processing & crafting time: 2–28 days

Delivery time after shipping: 5–10 business days

Packages are tracked; customs fees may apply depending on the country.

Order Processing:

Because each item is made to order, please allow 2–28 days for crafting before your package is shipped.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Worldwide Shipping (Rest of the World):

Standard flat rate: 25 € (using Posti)

Processing & crafting time: 2–28 business days

Delivery time after shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Packages are tracked; customs fees and import taxes may apply depending on your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be happy with your order.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are possible for incorrect or defective items.

Non-returnable items:

Personalized or custom-made items (including all made-to-order pieces).

Items that have been used or washed.

Refunds:

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
